Crystal Blanc and Jennifer Scheibe are registered nurses and have an extensive background in each of the three phases of our organization. They have organized dozens of mobile health clinics bringing medical care to some of the poorest areas in Haiti. They provide education in many forms to the locals, from weeklong teaching seminars at a nursing school, to teaching CPR in various hospitals and government entities, to teaching basic hygiene principles in  elementary schools. They coordinate efforts between local schools, mayor of the village in Gros Marin and donors to find the children most in need of sponsorship.
